1. Oatmilk. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out! But don't worry, I'm pretty sure Oatmilk is here to stay. It is creamier and frothier in cappucinos than any other non-dairy milk. It is lovely for turmeric lattes (see next crush). And you can have it delivered to your home in a jiffy by Oatly, my favorite brand of this delicious milk!


2. GOLDE. I do like my precious metals but this Golde has me drooling for something other than jewelry... A steamy turmeric latte, yes please. By now I am sure you've heard the buzz about turmeric. If you are still trying to find ways to incorporate turmeric in your daily diet, these Golde turmeric tonic blends are an excellent choice. I love the original Golde, combine with Oatly milk above! Protip: before adding steamed milk to your Golde blend, mix the powder with a bit of warm water or mik to make a paste before adding the rest of your beverage. This will help you avoid large spice clumps!


3. Electrolytes that truly are Superior - I practice and teach yoga in a hot room, so electrolytes are huge for me. I'm totally hooked on Superieur Watermelon electrolytes.
