Easy, Peasy, & Delicious - Overnight Oats

Perfect, delicious solution to on-the-go breakfast. I go to bed dreaming of these oats.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup steel cut oats or rolled oats (roll oats result in softer/mushy texture)

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp hemp seeds (shelled)

1 tsp sunflower seed butter

1/3 - 1/2 cup flaxseed milk (i use the brand Good Karma, original)


Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients in a resuable tupperware and store in your fridge overnight. Enjoy the next morning as is or add granola or fruit toppings! I usually make 2 days, sometimes 3 in advance... any longer and I find that the hemp seeds start sprouting!
